Restylane® is an FDA-approved cosmetic dermal filler made of hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that already exists in the human body. The hyaluronic acid in Restylane® is a crystal-clear gel called NASHA™ or Non-Animal Stabilized Hyaluronic Acid. NASHA is completely bio-compatible with human hyaluronic acid.
Restylane® is used to treat superficial lines and wrinkles, but also more pronounced deeper wrinkles (your laugh lines, for example). Another popular use for Restylane® is lip augmentation or lip enhancements. Restylane® restores volume and fullness to the skin to correct facial wrinkles and folds, giving it a smoother, more youthful appearance. All of our doctors performing these procedures undergo intense training from recognized leaders in the field of cosmetics.
