What can you expect from an initial consultation?

Consultations are complimentary and take approximately 20 minutes. All clients new to a procedure benefit from an initial consultation designed to review treatment options which suit your skin, preferences, medical history and lifestyle. We always encourage you to ask questions and want you to feel comfortable with every aspect of the enhancements you wish to pursue.

Do I need to arrive early to my appointment?

Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before your appointment. This will give you time to settle in and complete any necessary forms. Our clients enjoy prompt appointments, so treatments begin and end on time.

What kind of clothing should I wear to my appointment?

Depending on the type of treatment or procedure you are having, there may not be a need to disrobe. Our professional staff respects your privacy and always wants you to feel comfortable.

Is my medical history important prior to receiving treatments?

Yes!  Please discuss concerns relating to pregnancy, impaired mobility, allergies, recent surgeries or medical conditions with our physician or providers prior to your visit.

Is there anything I should do to help me be more comfortable?

If at any time during your treatment, you do not feel comfortable with the temperature, pressure or technique being used, please do not hesitate to advise your service provider. They will appreciate being able to make your visit more comfortable.

No cell phones please.

We respectfully request cell phones be turned off. It is for your peace of mind as well as those around you.

The minimum age for spa services is 16 years old.

To ensure your comfort and full attention during appointments, we ask that you not bring children under the age of 16 with you.  The minimum age for spa services is 16. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent.

How far in advance do I need to make my appointment?  What is your cancellation policy

Please book appointments one to two weeks in advance when possible. We request that appointments be held with a credit card, gift card or pre-paid credit. We require a 24-hour notice for appointment changes or cancellations.  A 50% fee will be charged if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice.

What is your return policy on your skincare and cosmetics products?

All sales on cosmetics are final. Unopened skincare products may be returned with a receipt for store credit within 30 days.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes.  Our gift cards are available in various denominations.

Do you offer financing?

We have several financing options available to those who qualify. Call for program details.
